Late last week, Laurens County deputies, federal DEA agents, a deputy U.S. The South Carolina State Grand Jury indicted 39 people following a major drug trafficking investigation in the Upstate called “Ground Hog Day,” according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson‘s Office.
